What platforms and geography does the app support?

Our free-to-use app works on Android and iOS (Apple) mobile phones. iPads are also supported. Tracker data can be shared with others at no additional cost. The app works worldwide although the coverage is limited by your SIM card to Europe.

Does the tracker contain a SIM card?

Every tracker ships with a working multi-network SIM so it works on arrival. You are entitled to a free week’s trial on the tracker. If you are happy with the device you will then have to buy a subscription.

Is there a way of making the tracker ring?

In the event you have mislaid your tracker (or the collar has fallen off) you can ring the tracker using the remote alert function. Simply press the watch finder in the app settings.

How do I order a subscription and how much does it cost?

Subscriptions can be bought on the UBEEQUEE website. Data subscriptions can be bought monthly, 6 monthly, 12 monthly or 24 monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at 2 months notice.

How long does the battery work?

This depends on your usage: On standby: 3-4 day battery life. 10 minute location updates: 2 days. 1 minute location updates: 4-5 hours. Charge time: 2 hours (note – do not leave to charge overnight – this will adversely affect battery performance).
